New clients, on your initial appointment, add a $10 intake fee in addition to your session fee.
 
Can't find an available appt. that meets your schedule?  Call or email for other available times or ask to be put on the CANCELLATION LIST.   Email your name, phone number, and your requested days/times to emily@bodyelements.com  If that time slot becomes available, you will be notified either by email or phone.
 
Schedule Appointments more than 24 hrs from now.
This Schedule will not show any available appointments for today so if you are looking for an appointment today you will need to call and inquire for any open times.

Instructions for using the Online Schedule:
First, select a "Service", then use the Calendar.
 
If no times are available for scheduling you will see a link that says "find next available", this will find the earliest available appointment in the upcoming days for the selected "Service".

Once you have selected a "Service" you can also click different days on the "One-Month Calendar" to check session availability on those days. This Availability Information for the "Service" you have selected will appear on the "Calendar Timeline" for the day you have selected on the "One-Month-Calendar".

When you decide on the best time for your appointment, simply click on the opening you want from the timeline and you will be prompted for your first & last name, your telephone number (in case we would have to cancel) and your email address.

Once this information is entered you can click on the "Confirm" button to complete your scheduling task.

You will receive a "Confirmation" by email immediately after scheduling, which will contain the date & time of your appointment. You will also receive a "Reminder" by email one day before your appointment. (If your Spam Filter catches your Confirmation Letter, please add us to your "Safe Senders List".)

If you should need to cancel your appointment, simply go to the "Confirmation" email you received, there is a hyperlink on this email that you can click on, which will take you to our schedule where you can cancel an appointment, we will be automatically notified by email of the cancellation.

If you are cancelling an appointment which is schedule less than 24 hrs. from now, the Online Schedule will not let you cancel the appointment.  Please call and let us know that you need to cancel (269) 930-2206.

There are no fees or personal resentments for cancelling an appointment, but I appreciate it when you do take the time to notify me of a cancellation as soon as you become aware of a schedule conflict because it allows time to schedule in other clients or plan other ways to be productive during the break in the day.
