Epsom Salt/Baking Soda Baths
Epsom salt is a great way to reduce inflammation and congestion in your tissues. It also works as a muscle relaxant.
Put 1 – 1 ½ cups Epsom Salt and ½ cup Baking Soda in your bath water and soak for about 20 minutes or longer. Add essential oils of your choice to the Salts for an aid in relaxing – energizing – or inspiring!
