Reflexology
Based on an ancient Chinese therapy, Reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. Sometimes referred to as zone therapy, this bodywork involves application of pressure to these reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. Similar to acupressure principles, Reflexology works with the body’s energy flow to stimulate self- healing and maintain balance in physical function. Developed in the United States in early 1900s, this technique is used today to reduce pain, increase relaxation and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially useful and stress-related illness and emotional disorders. Reflexology is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate. (Definition provided by ABMP)

Your feet are very important, in fact, they are one of the most important parts of you body. Why? As you learned above, the body is represented by specific reflex zones or points in your feet. So give them the special treatment they deserve! (Your feet will thank you!)
This session consists of several treatments to cleanse, stimulate & revitalize your whole body!
While relaxing in the therapy room, you’ll be surrounded by aromatic scents and soothing music. Enjoy sipping a comforting cup of tea if you wish.
First, we begin by cleansing your feet with a refreshing foot soak...
Then you’ll be indulged with an invigorating exfoliation scrub...
Next, hot moist towels are applied to your feet...
And last, but certainly not least…take a cat nap while experiencing a reflex foot massage!
Very Relaxing and you will feet lighter on your feet when you stand up!
